What are the top questions potential clients usually ask you about elder care services?
Here are some of the most frequent questions we receive:
- What is the cost? Cost depends on the need and service. Clients can opt for signing a contract to reduce cost or choose not to sign a contract. Clients are under no obligation to sign a contract. Services can range from hourly, daily, weekly, and even monthly. Please call 225-277-5114 for more information.
- How do I get started? To ensure client and employee safety, everyone is screened and home visits are conducted before services begin. We do a quick application and after approval, services can be rendered within 72 hours.
- Can I pay at the time of service? Services must be paid for before visit. Our employees do not handle cash transactions. For safety purposes, no employees carry money.
- Is this a medical service? No, this is non medical.
- Do you only cover Baton Rouge? No. At the moment, we cover the southeast portion of Louisiana and Mississippi (including Wavaland, Long Beach, Pass Christian, Biloxi, Gulfport, Ocean Springs, and Picayune) with plans to expand the coverage area. However, if a client is within an hour range of one of our carefully screened caregivers, we usually accept clients, pending a successfull application and home visit.
